Transitioning - Secondary SpEd

This IEP professional development will involve creating transition plans and outside resources available for students with disabilities as they enter life after high school.  This workshop is focused on grades 7-12, but others are invited to attend.  It would be beneficial for general education teachers to join to see how transitions are helpful for students on an IEP.
